Hello, my name is Jodee!

I am so excited that our paths have crossed.

On this path we call life, I’m realizing more and more that it’s not the destination that is the most important but it’s the company we have along the way that makes the most impact. I have so many people who have changed my life for the better simply by walking beside me as we go. I would love to join you on your path so that together we can co-create some really important, impactful and lasting change that not only empowers you but gives you a deeper sense of joy in your body.

As a certified Love, Sex & Relationship Coach, Breathwork Facilitator, NLP Practitioner and certified Touch Therapist, I am excited about the powerful surge of energy each of these modalities creates and how they blend so beautifully together to awaken us to deeper levels of our own love, empowerment and capabilities.

I am a woman deeply devoted to personal truth, embodiment of that truth and the reclamation of our divine human wholeness. I am not here to fix you, I am here to help you remember who you are at your core. Your core essence is your greatest medicine. Together, let’s dive deep into that medicine and uncap it’s healing power.

I created My Essence RX as a sanctuary for those who are ready to reclaim their truth, embody their wholeness and walk in the world as their fully expressed selves. Whether you’re awakening to your sensuality, navigating relationship challenges, healing old wounds or stepping into your soul’s calling - I’m here to walk beside you with presence, reverence and radical unconditional love.

I work with women, men, couples and non-binary beings who are courageous enough to feel, unravel and rise - those who know that healing is not about becoming someone new…it’s about remembering who you’ve always been.

I chose the name My Essence RX because returning to my own essence - through breath, body, sound, movement, energy and my own inner truth - has been the most powerful medicine of my life.

These practices have helped me come home to my Self, trust my inner knowing and practice living in alignment with who I really am. They’ve shown me that healing doesn’t come from fixing or performing -it comes from reclaiming what was always within me. It’s a balance, a daily practice, and I am always unlearning and relearning, remembering what that looks like for me in my relationships with others and my Self.

This work, this process is about guiding you back to your essence - because that is your medicine. YOU are the medicine. If you’re feeling the pull - trust it. You’re being invited home to your Self.
